通过对北京“211工程”高校图书馆网站的调查,辅以文献调研、学科馆员访谈等方式,从学科馆员的入职条件、服务对象、服务模式、管理方式等方面对学科馆员制度的实施现状进行总结分析,并针对其中存在的问题,提出深化学科服务层次,提供个性化学科信息服务,建立学科馆员选拔和培训制度,建立和健全科学、规范的管理模式和管理机制,建设集成化的网上服务平台等完善学科馆员制度的相应措施。
