一、缘起:凝视现实的思考在学习化的社会中,全面的师生发展观已成为教育的使命和灵魂.坚守怎样的教育引发教育者不断的思考,教育是对人的成全,学校的重要使命就是要把学生培养成具有终生学习能力的学习者,从而使他们能够不断地更新自我、超越自我、应对挑战.数学教学同样肩负这样的使命,数学教学的本源是解放人的智慧,推动人的发展.数学学习实质上是一种思维习惯的培养,一种思维方式的创新,一种能力系列的提升,它是学生的生存方式和发展方式,它应当伴随着人的生命成长.
