限定性胎盘嵌合性(CPM)为细胞遗传学异常,它只影响胎盘的组织特异性染色体嵌合性。CPM通常是通过绒毛膜绒毛采样(CVS)检测及产前检查而作出诊断。估计在CPM妊娠中,有16％～21％显示出产前或围产期并发症。
Limited placental chimerism (CPM) is a cytogenetic abnormality that affects only the tissue-specific chromosomal chimerism of the placenta. CPM is usually diagnosed by chorionic villus sampling (CVS) and prenatal examination. It is estimated that between 16% and 21% of CPM pregnancies show prenatal or perinatal complications.
