采用随机交叉试验研究不同血糖指数(glycemic index,GI)膳食对2型糖尿病患者临床治疗的价值。试验后低GI组同高GI组相比较,血清空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重下降差异有统计学意义。在控制总能量基础上,采用低GI的营养治疗策略更有助于改善患者糖脂代谢和体重控制。
Randomized crossover trials were conducted to investigate the clinical value of glycemic index (GI) diet in patients with type 2 diabetes. Compared with the high GI group, the serum fasting insulin, insulin resistance index, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and weight loss in low GI group after the experiment were significantly different. On the basis of controlling total energy, adopting low GI nutrition treatment strategy can help to improve patients’ glucose and lipid metabolism and weight control.
