微型管件液压成形技术是金属微管在高压液体的作用下产生塑性变形后贴合模具,从而成形出截面形状复杂的微型管件的技术。通过拉伸试验和胀形试验分别研究了SS304微管的材料性能的尺寸效应和微管壁厚、晶粒尺寸对微管成形性能的影响,结果发现,SS304微管随着壁厚的减小,表现出“越薄越强”和“越薄越脆”的尺寸效应;SS304微管的胀破压力和抗拉强度的比值与宏观尺度下的管件的胀破压力和抗拉强度的比值偏离较大,导致这种偏差的主要原因与SS304微管材料性能的尺寸效应有关。
