在建筑行业的发展中,建筑结构不断发生着变化,预制装配式住宅受到了人们的认可与喜爱,因预制装配式住宅的施工时间短、耗损资源少以及容易控制施工质量等特点成为我国住宅体系新的发展方向。但是,现阶段我国的预制装配式结构的施工技术还不够完善,管理体系也不够规范,导致预制装配式结构的建造优势不能充分发挥的。文章通过对预制装配式结构的特点以及施工的现状进行分析与探讨,对预制装配式住宅施工技术与安全风险提出一些参考意见。
In the development of the construction industry, the structure of the building is constantly changing. Prefabricated houses have been recognized and loved by people. Due to the short construction time, less consumption of resources and the easy control of construction quality, the prefabricated houses become the mainstay of China’s housing system New direction of development. However, at this stage, the construction technology of prefabricated structures in our country is still not perfect, and the management system is not standardized enough, so that the advantages of prefabricated fabricated structures can not be brought into full play. By analyzing the characteristics of prefabricated fabricated structures and the status quo of construction, the article puts forward some suggestions for the construction technology and safety risks of prefabricated fabricated houses.
