国务院决定对《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》作如下修改: 一、将第三条、第五条、第十三条、第十六条、第十八条第一款、第十九条、第二十条第三款、第二十五条第二款、第二十七条、第二十九条、第三十一条第一款、第三十一条第二款、第三十三条第二款、第三十五条、第三十八条、第四十六条、第四十七条、第四十九条第二款、第五十条、第五十七条中的“对外贸易经济合作部(外经贸部)”修改为“商务部”;同时,将第二十七条第一款第(五)项中的“外经贸部和国家经贸委共同认为”修改为“商务部认为”,删去第十六条、第十八条中的“经商国家经贸委后”及第五十条中的“商国家经贸委后”。
