Objective To observe whether anti-microtubule drug paclitaxel has an apoptosis-inducing effect on T-cell lymphoma cell line Jurkat, and further study the role of bcl 2 gene family in this process. Methods The effects of different concentrations of paclitaxel on Jurkat cells were observed. The time effect and dose effect were observed. Morphological changes were observed under light and electron microscopy. Flow cytometry was used to analyze fineness.
