4-羟基苄叉绕丹宁简称为HBR(4-hydroxy-benzalrhodanine)是一种简便定量检测银离子含量的指示剂,且容易制备,产率较高,测试方法简单。至今尚未查到国内有人合成和应用。目前定量测银离子方法较多,但大多定量条件较烦,干扰离子多,误差较大。该试剂在碱性溶液中与银离子生成红色水溶液,用分光光度法定量测银离子含量,检测量为0.4~0.8μg/ml,摩尔吸光系数为1.38×10~4lmol~(-1)cm~(-1)。HBR水溶液于447nm波长处有最大吸光度1.03。
4-Hydroxybenzylidenebinding Tannin, abbreviated as HBR (4-hydroxy-benzalrhodanine), is an indicator for simple and quantitative detection of silver ion content. It is easy to prepare and has high yield and simple test method. So far it has not been found that some domestic synthesis and application. At present, there are many methods to quantitatively measure silver ions, but most of the quantitative conditions are more annoying, with more interfering ions and larger errors. The reagent generates red aqueous solution with silver ion in alkaline solution and the silver ion content is measured by spectrophotometry with the detection quantity of 0.4-0.8 μg / ml and the molar absorption coefficient of 1.38 × 10-4lmol ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1). The HBR aqueous solution has a maximum absorbance of 1.03 at a wavelength of 447 nm.
