铁路是国家重要的基础设施和交通工具,它在我国经济发展中有着不可忽视的作用。近年来,我国铁道工程技术运用了大量的新技术、新设备,新工艺,尤其是高速铁路的相继投入使用,对高技能人才提出了更高的要求。为适应我国铁路建设的快速发展,需要高校铁工专业培养出高层次高素质的铁路方面的技能型人才,以适应我国铁路的快速发展。要根据铁路学校实际情况,针对课程改革和高技能人才的培养情况作铁工专业简要的分析。
