目的:探析脑循环治疗仪治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效观察及护理.方法:选取我院接收的小儿脑瘫68例患儿为研究对象,随机分设研究组和参照组两组,每组34例.予以参照组常规方法治疗及护理干预,在参照组的基础上,予以研究组加用脑循环治疗仪辅助治疗.对比观察两组患儿经治疗护理干预后临床效果情况.结果:参照组患儿的临床疗效率显著低于研究组(P<0.05);研究组患儿家长的护理满意度率均显著高于参照组(P<0.05).结论:给予小儿脑瘫患儿予以脑循环治疗仪治疗,有助于病情改善;而护理干预措施的加用,不仅能使患儿家长的不良心态改善,而且对患儿病情恢复能起到一定的促进作用.,Objective:Analyze the therapeutic effect and nursing of cerebral palsy treated with cerebral circulation therapy instrument.Method:Select 68 cases of children with cerebral palsy received in our hospital as the study object,randomly divided into two groups of study group and reference group,34cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine methods of treatment and nursing intervention.On the basis of the reference group,the study group was additionally treated with cerebral circulation therapy apparatus.The clinical effect of the two groups of children after treatment and nursing intervention was observed and compared.Result:The clinical curative effect rate of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the study group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of parents in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Completion:Giving cerebral circulatory therapy to children with cerebral palsy in children will help improve the condition;and the addition of nursing interventions will not only improve the parent’s bad attitude,but also promote the recovery of flowering children.
