建立切合实际的医院经营诊断系统,是医院经营诊断的基本方法。正如医生给病人看病一样,首先要确定给病人做哪些特殊检查,查哪些指标,应做到心中有数。同样,要对医院进行经营诊断,就必须了解医院的经营情况,调查相关指标,制定诊断标准和掌握诊断方法,医院经营诊断系统就是为了解决这个问题而建立的。现确定了10个诊断子系统,每个子系统包括三项内容,即诊断指标及其意义、诊断方法和诊断标准。
The establishment of a practical hospital management diagnostic system is the basic method of hospital operation diagnosis. Just as doctors treat patients like patients, we must first determine which special tests to be performed on patients and check which indicators should be known. Similarly, to conduct business diagnosis of hospitals, we must understand the operating conditions of the hospital, investigate relevant indicators, develop diagnostic criteria and master diagnostic methods. The hospital operating diagnostic system was established to solve this problem. Ten diagnostic subsystems have been identified. Each subsystem includes three items, namely diagnostic indicators and their significance, diagnostic methods and diagnostic criteria.
