学生的个体差异是客观存在的。整齐划一的教学方案并不利于班级所有学生的发展,尤其是对学优生和学困生。教学中,如何解决学优生“吃不饱”和学困生“跟不上”的问题?笔者结合自身的教学实践认为,以针对性教学提高英语课堂的教学实效是一个不错的选择。
