1997年9月7～10日在山东省烟台市召开了第六次全国冶金氧枪技术经验交流会暨氧枪喷头产品业务洽谈会,来自41个单位的63位代表参加了会议。此次会议由济南冶金氧枪技术学会和济南崇盛冶金氧枪研究所联合举办。中国科学院化工冶金研究所蔡志鹏研究员致开幕词。济南冶金氧枪技术学会理事长、济南崇盛冶金氧枪研究所所长刘延春同志在会上作了报告,向参加会议的各位代表表示欢迎。此次会议得到了全国许多钢铁企业及有关科研机构、院校的大力支持。研究、探讨炼钢用氧的新技术、新经验,促进冶金氧枪技术的发展与进步,尽快把科技成果转化为生产力是举办此次会议的目的所在。会上冶金部钢铁研究总院杨文
The 7th National Metallurgical Oxygen Lance Technology Experience Exchange Conference and Oxygen Lance Nozzle Product Business Symposium were held in Yantai City, Shandong Province from September to October 1997, and 63 representatives from 41 units attended the meeting. The meeting was jointly organized by Jinan Metallurgical Oxygen Lance Technology Institute and Jinan Chongsheng Metallurgical Oxygen Lance Research Institute. CAI Zhipeng, Institute of Chemical Metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, gave an opening speech. At the meeting, Comrade Liu Yanchun, chairman of Jinan Metallurgical Oxygen Lance Technology Society and director of Jinan Sung Sung Metallurgical Oxygen Lance Institute, made a report and welcomed all the delegates attending the meeting. The meeting has been the country’s many steel companies and related scientific research institutions, colleges and universities support. It is the purpose of this conference to study and discuss the new technology and experience of using oxygen in steelmaking to promote the development and progress of the technology of metallurgical oxygen lance and to transform scientific and technological achievements into productivity as soon as possible.
