江泽民总书记在学习《邓小平文选》第三卷报告会上强调:“学习《邓小平文选》第三卷,深刻理解和把握以邓小平同志为核心的第二代中央领导集体在开创全新事业中积累的基本经验,创造的基本理论,形成的基本路线,一定会使我们全党同志更加充满信心,更好地完成九十年代的任务,胜利地迈向二十一世纪。”作为一名领导干部,要在改革和建设中坚持正确的方向,履行自己的职责,就必须把学习和掌握《邓小平文选》作为自己的第一位的任务。
