本文以盆栽方式研究了土壤干旱过程中,小麦幼苗PEP羧化酶(PEPCase)活性的变化及叶面喷施乙烯利(3.5×10-3mol/L)对该酶的影响。结果表明,在土壤干旱初期,小麦幼苗PEPCase活性逐渐升高,干旱2d后其活性急剧下降,复水后PEPCase活性继续下降,说明小麦幼苗受到严重的水分胁迫。喷乙烯利后,PEPCase活性上升减缓,下降加快,即乙烯利抑制了干旱条件下小麦幼苗PEPCase活性。同时乙烯利加速了叶绿素降解,使得丙二醛累积增加,说明乙烯利对提高小麦幼苗的抗旱性不利。
In this paper, the changes of PEPCase activity in wheat seedlings and the effects of foliar application of ethephon (3.5 × 10-3 mol / L) on the enzyme activity were studied in a pot experiment. The results showed that the PEPCase activity of wheat seedlings increased gradually during the initial period of soil drought, and the activity of PEPCase decreased sharply after 2 d of drought. The activity of PEPCase continued to decline after rewatering, which indicated that the wheat seedlings were under severe water stress. After spraying ethephon, the activity of PEPCase increased slowly and declined rapidly, that is, ethephon inhibited the PEPCase activity of wheat seedlings under drought conditions. At the same time ethephon accelerated chlorophyll degradation, making the accumulation of malondialdehyde increased, indicating ethephon to improve the drought resistance of wheat seedling adverse.
