合金试样中较高含量硼的测定目前仍延用碱分离——中和滴定法.该法较为繁琐.1978年竹内正邦将该法的溶样、分离、滴定等步骤做了适当的简化和改进后应用于非晶态合金中硼的测定.为减少硼在溶样过程中的损失,要低温溶解试样并在3分钟内溶解完全,这对于绝大多数高合金试样特别是喷涂喷焊合金试样很难实现.文中报导大量铬存在下硼的分离不完全,故该法不适用于高铬试样.氟硼酸根离子选择性电极已经应用于钢铁等试样中硼的测定.本文应用电位法测定了喷涂喷焊合金粉末中硼,取得了较满意的结果.
