目的了解淮安市非生产性农药中毒发生的特点及原因,为制定控制与降低农药中毒的防治对策提供科学依据。方法通过健康危害因素监测系统收集2007-2013年淮安市非生产性农药中毒报告卡数据,导入Excel,建立非生产性农药中毒数据库,进行筛选汇总统计,并利用SPSS17.0对不同中毒类型、不同性别、不同年份、不同季度的病死率有无差异进行统计学检验。结果 2007-2013年淮安市共报告农药中毒2 219例,死亡142例,病死率为6.40%;非生产性农药中毒以女性为主,平均年龄为41.90岁,以20~60岁青壮年为主,占70.30%;7-9月份为非生产性农药中毒的高发季节,占33.52%;杀虫剂是引起非生产性农药中毒的主要原因,占68.86%。结论淮安市农药中毒情况较严重,相关部门应大力加强农药监督管理工作,大力宣传和培训农药安全使用知识,加强农药中毒的抢救措施,制定有效的控制对策。
Objective To understand the characteristics and causes of unproductive pesticide poisoning in Huaian and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control measures to control and reduce pesticide poisoning. Methods Data of unproductive pesticide poisoning report cards in Huai’an city were collected from 2007 to 2013 through the monitoring system of health hazard factors. The data were imported into Excel and the unproductive pesticide poisoning database was set up for screening and aggregating statistics. SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data of different types of poisoning, Gender, different years, different quarters of the case-fatality difference between the statistical test. Results A total of 2 219 cases of pesticide poisoning were reported in Huai’an City from 2007 to 2013, with 142 deaths and a case fatality rate of 6.40%. The majority of non-productive pesticide poisoning was female, with an average age of 41.90 years and mainly young adults aged 20-60 years , Accounting for 70.3%. From July to September, the incidence of unproductive pesticide poisoning was high, accounting for 33.52%. Insecticide was the main cause of unproductive pesticide poisoning, accounting for 68.86%. Conclusion Pesticide poisoning is more serious in Huai’an City. Related departments should vigorously strengthen the supervision and management of pesticides, vigorously publicize and train the use of pesticide safety knowledge, strengthen the rescue measures of pesticide poisoning and formulate effective control measures.
