海勃湾矿务局老石旦煤矿是一个年产六十万吨原煤的中型矿井,现有职工三千八百人.一九八四年九月,在各级党委的正确领导与关怀下,我矿根据中共中央《关于经济体制改革的决定》精神,大胆而慎重地进行企业内部改革,逐步理顺了党、政、工三者关系,明确了党委、矿长、工会各自的职责和权限,较好地发挥了这三个方面在生产经营中的作用,使两个文明建设取得了可喜的成绩.去年在限产、限电的情况下,我矿分别提前四十天,五十八天完成了原煤与开拓掘进任务,实现利润一百一十二万元,今年在中央“巩固、消化、补充、完善”八字方针的指导下,上半年又生产原煤三十四万二千九百四十三吨,完成计划的112.4%;开拓掘进进尺三千八百六十一米,完成任务的117.4%.全员工效达到1.03吨/工,计划每工提高零点零七吨,达到全国同行业先进水平.盈利五十五万元,完成了全年利润指标的68%.
