机床的安装水平是机床制造精度和机床正常使用的重要条件,因此必须首先调整好。(一)外圆磨床的安装水平的调整外圆磨床安装水平的调整方法很多,有在工作台上调整的方法,有在导轨上调整的方法,在导轨上调整的方法,又有几种。制造厂一般都在导轨上调整,所以用户单位最好也在导轨上调整,只有在不得巳的情况下,才在工作台上调整。(1)导轨运动曲线的贴切直线斜率法。如图1所示,贴切直线与横座标的实角β的正切值就是安装水平。
