(续上期)第七节:髋部运动8×8预备姿势:直立。第一个八拍:1、2两臂屈肘于体侧,左前臂经下向上摆,右前臂经上向下摆,左脚侧出一步成开立,顶左髋。3、4同1、2方向相反。5-8同1-4,一拍一动。第二个八拍与第一个八拍相同。第8拍还原成直立。第三个八拍:1、2两臂在胸前屈肘,从左移向右,同时做左登山步。3、4与1、2相同。5-8与1-4相同,方向相反。第四个八拍与第三个八拍相同。第8拍还原成直立。第五至第八个八拍与第一至第四个八拍相同。
