随着国内长大隧道逐渐增多,风机段的设置也越来越普遍,但国内在风机段衬砌钢架加固技术及钢架加工数据分析技术等方面尚无专门系统性的研究和资料。以平顶山隧道工程事件为例,具体介绍了其施工工艺流程和技术要点,采用无脚拱原理加固衬砌钢架技术,可以安全、高效地满足施工需要;采用圆心渐变数据分析法技术,解决了净空渐变段衬砌钢架加工尺寸控制的问题。通过对该加固技术的介绍,对以后类似工程的施工有很好的指导意义和参考价值。
