为了防治反射裂缝,水泥路面沥青加铺层厚度一般在18 cm左右。很多实体工程证明:随着厚度的增加,其防治反射裂缝的效果越来越不明显。依托界阜蚌高速白加黑改建工程,开展水泥路面薄层沥青加铺层路用性能研究。单、双层方案分别于通车5个月后和2.5年后出现裂缝,双层方案的抗裂能力和平整度优于单层。双层方案中,AC-10高弹沥青混合料找平层+AC-20 SBS改性沥青混合料+AC-13 SBS改性沥青混合料面层+双层Trupave聚酯玻纤布贴缝的抗裂能力最优,裂缝平均间距为355m。芯样分析表明,90%以上的早期裂缝与脱空、错台有关。检测结果显示,聚酯玻纤布有助于提高路面的抗车辙能力,而防水抗裂粘结膜和高分子防裂贴的使用将降低混合料的高温性能。

The test results show that polyester fiberglass cloth helps to improve the anti-rutting ability of the pavement, and the use of waterproof anti-cracking adhesive film and polymer anti-cracking paste will reduce the high temperature performance of the mixture.
