“提高教育质量,城市容易乡村难,平地容易山区难”,这是教师中部分“唯条件论”者一贯坚持的看法。这种看法已被无数铁的事实所粉碎,乐山县福禄小学仅仅是其中的例子之一。福禄小学地处山区,离城一百余里,高山阻塞,交通不便。学生分散,远达二十几华里。校舍是一所古庙,条件极差。整风前有些教师不安心在这里工作,抱着“当天和尚撞天钟”的消极态度。学生纪律松弛,迟到旷课严重。教学质量不高。59年上期六年级52名学生参加县的统考,语、算两科及格人数仅17人。
“Improving the quality of education, making it easier for villages in cities and harder in mountain areas is easier”, a view which has always been adhered to by some “conditionally conditioned” teachers. This view has been crushed by the myriad of iron facts, and the Little Rock Elementary School in Leshan is just one example of this. Fulu primary school is located in the mountains, more than a hundred years from the city, blocking the mountains, traffic inconvenience. Students scattered, up to more than twenty miles. The schoolhouse is an ancient temple, in very poor conditions. Some teachers did not feel comfortable working here before rectification, holding the negative attitude that “monks hit the clock on the same day.” Student discipline relaxation, serious late class absenteeism. Teaching quality is not high. In the 59th year of the sixth grade, 52 students took part in the examination, language and numeracy of the two subjects in the county with only 17 persons.
