近年来,湖南省资兴市总工会用市场经济的办法大力兴办工会企事业,取得了显著成效。1997年至2001年,市总工会的固定资产翻了三番,实业收入增加了6倍。目前,资兴市总工会不仅经济实力大大增强,而且促进了工会工作的全面发展。为了解资兴市总实业兴会的情况,我们于5月底到资兴市进行了调查,资兴市总的做法与成效主要体现在以下几个方面: 一、正视市场经济发展带来的挑战,找准增强工会工作活力的着力点 进入20世纪90年代以来,随着企业改革的不断深化,资兴市县域经济的所有制结构发生了根本性的变化,县级工会的工作环境、工作对象也发生了极大的变化,突出表现是收缴经费难、开展活动难和维护职工
