China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced on November 7th, 2005 to cease the imported bisphenol A (BPA) dumping investigation that started on May 12, 2004 according to the applica-tion of ChemChina Blue Star New Chemical Material Co., Ltd.(BSNCM) In fact on September 28, BSNCM has asked MOC for ceasing the investigation.The investigation involved in GE Plas-tics Japan Ltd., Korean Kumho P&B Chemicals, Inc., Japanese Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.
