患者女,80岁。2014年9月以“1个多月前无诱因出现持续性右鼻塞,流鼻涕,右眼溢泪,无鼻出血,头痛,嗅觉下降及视力改变”为主诉入院。患者既往2009年于外院因右侧“鼻息肉”行手术治疗。本次入院体检:外鼻无畸形;鼻腔黏膜稍充血,右鼻腔见粉红色光滑新生物,达前鼻孔;鼻中隔轻度不规则偏曲;各鼻窦体表投影区无压痛。
Female patient, 80 years old. In September 2014, “More than 1 month ago there was no incentive to appear persistent right nasal obstruction, runny nose, right eye overflow, no nosebleed, headache, decreased sense of smell and visual acuity.” In 2009, the patient was surgically treated at the hospital for “nasal polyps” on the right side. The admission examination: no nasal deformity; nasal mucosa slightly hyperemic, see the right nasal smooth pink new creatures, up to the front of the nostril; nasal septum slightly irregular deviation; the sinus surface projection area without tenderness.
