为了满足采油作业对空心抽油杆之急需,根据空心抽油杆模锻时金属塑性变形的特点,论述了管坯中部镦锻的成形条件及采用φ36mm管坯锻造空心抽油杆的工艺方案:采用倒锥模膛以减小金属在心轴与凹模之间流动的阻力,并降低心轴的脱模力;成形工步的分模面取在凸台处,并采用较小的变形长度与壁厚之比,以保证凸台成形时内壁不产生塑性失稳。所设计的锻模在试生产中获得了满意的效果。
In order to meet the urgent need of hollow sucker rod for oil recovery operation, according to the characteristics of plastic deformation of hollow sucker rod during forging, the forming conditions of upsetting of middle tube and the hollow sucker rod forging by φ36mm tube are discussed. The use of inverted cone chamber to reduce metal flow resistance between the mandrel and the die and reduce the mandrel release force; parting step of the molding step taken at the boss, and the use of smaller deformation length and Wall thickness ratio, in order to ensure the formation of the inner wall of the boss does not produce plastic instability. The designed forging die has achieved a satisfactory result in trial production.
