急性中毒是急诊科常见的急症之一,有起病突然,症状急迫,病情复杂,变化多端,死亡率高的特点,为了解近年来急性中毒的发病规律,以利于对急性中毒病人的防治,对2007年1月至2008年6月我院急诊科诊治的578例急性中毒病例进行流行病学回顾性分析,结果报告如下。
Acute poisoning is one of the common emergency in emergency department. It has the characteristics of sudden onset, urgent symptoms, complex condition, varied and high mortality rate. In order to understand the regularity of acute poisoning in recent years and to facilitate the prevention and treatment of acute poisoning patients, From January 2007 to June 2008, our hospital emergency department of 578 cases of acute poisoning cases of epidemiological retrospective analysis, the results reported below.
