[目的]采用浸叶法测定7种药剂对瓜蚜的毒力。[结果]结果表明:阿维菌素活性最高,LC50值为8.2728 mg/L,其次为甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,LC50值为23.2278 mg/L,啶虫脒的LC50值为29.2927 mg/L,吡虫啉和毒死蜱的敏感性最低,LC50值分别为46.0487、48.9797 mg/L。螺虫乙酯各测试质量浓度处理后48、72 h时的平均死亡率仅为8.9%、11.2%,高效氯氰菊酯测试质量浓度达2000 mg/L时,24 h校正死亡率仅为37.97%。[结论]7种药剂对瓜蚜的毒力排序为阿维菌素>甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐>啶虫脒>吡虫啉>毒死蜱>高效氯氰菊酯>螺虫乙酯。
[Objective] To study the toxicity of 7 kinds of medicaments to Aphis gossypii by immersion leaf method. [Result] The results showed that the highest activity of avermectin was obtained. The LC50 value was 8.2728 mg / L, followed by emamectin benzoate, the LC50 value was 23.2278 mg / L, the acetochitrin LC50 value was 29.2927 mg / L, and imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos showed the lowest sensitivity with LC50 values of 46.0487 and 48.9797 mg / L, respectively. The average mortalities at 48 h and 72 h after treatment with spirotetramat were only 8.9% and 11.2%, respectively. The corrected mortality rate at 24 h was only 37.97% when the concentration of beta-cypermethrin was 2000 mg / L. [Conclusion] The order of toxicity of seven kinds of chemicals to Aphis gossypii was avermectin> emamectin benzoate> acetamiprid> imidacloprid> chlorpyrifos> beta - cypermethrin> spirotetramat.
