通过对限制进食刺激影响消化道肠上皮淋巴细胞及细胞亚群数量和杀伤活性的研究,发现限制小鼠进食2d后,IEL总数明显下降,并随限制进食时间的延长其总数下降更为明显。流式细胞分析仪检测结果显示,在给予刺激2d,αβ-IEL百分比明显下降,而γδ-IEL百分比却有所上升;限制进食5d后,二种细胞亚群百分比均较对照组降低。IEL杀伤活性在限制进食2d时略有升高,以后下降,限制进食5d实验组IEL杀伤活性明显低于对照组。
By limiting the number of gastrointestinal enterocyte epithelial lymphocytes and cell subsets and the killing activity of gastrointestinal tract, the results showed that the total number of IEL decreased significantly and the total number of IEL decreased more obviously with the restriction of feeding time. Flow cytometry results showed that the percentage of αβ-IEL decreased significantly while the percentage of γδ-IEL increased 2 days after stimulation, and the percentages of the two cell subsets decreased after 5 days of feeding restriction. The killing activity of IEL increased slightly at the limit of 2 days and then decreased afterwards. The killing activity of IEL in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group for 5 days.
