CTMAB—苯基荧光酮测定锡,灵敏高度,但选择性差,一般矿样要经分离,常见的是碘化物苯萃取;复杂样品不易掌握。 本文试验了用TBP萃淋树脂分离反相色层富集苯基荧光酮光度法测定锡,在选定条件下对二十余种共存离子进行了试验,未发现明显干扰。所拟分析流程简单快速,易掌握,克分子消光系数为1.48×10~5l mol~(-1)cm~(-1),变动系数3.7%。适用n×10~(-3)~n×10~(-1)范围多矿种中微量锡的分析。
CTMAB-phenylfluorone determination of tin, high sensitivity, but poor selectivity, the general demineralized to be separated, common iodide benzene extraction; complex sample is not easy to grasp. In this paper, we examined the determination of tin with phenylfluorone spectrophotometric method using reversed-phase chromatography with reversed-phase chromatography (TBP) eluting resin, and tested more than twenty kinds of coexisting ions under the selected conditions. No obvious interference was found. The proposed analytical procedure is simple and easy to grasp, with an extinction coefficient of 1.48 × 10 ~ 5l mol ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1) and a coefficient of variation of 3.7%.
