一、概述州际的特许经营协议通常会包含一条准据法条款。为了实现统一,许可人通常不会考虑潜在的受许人所在地的法律,而是选择统一的法律来适用于所有的协议,并且选择的法律通常是许可人主要办事机构所在地的州的法律。
I. OVERVIEW Interstate franchise agreements usually include a clause of law. In order to achieve reunification, the licensor generally does not consider the law of the location of the potential recipient, but chooses a uniform law that applies to all agreements and the law of choice is usually the law of the state in which the principal office of the licensor is located.
