近年来许多免疫缺陷或免疫抑制性疾病都伴有巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染。对于白血病患儿脑脊液(CSF)应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法扩增 CMV-DNA 尚属新的课题。为探讨 CMV 基因与急性白血病(AL)的关系,我们对 AL 患儿 CSF 的 CMV 进行了 PCR 扩增,现将结果报告如下。
