随着长株潭城市群、成渝经济区等区域的规划与建设,我国地方政府省际合作从相邻区域演变为跨地域合作,省际资源的整合在区域协同发展形势下显得愈发重要。本文以珠江-西江经济带为例,立足省际资源整合,分析了该区域跨省协调发展在地方局部利益最大化思想和现行干部考核制度下的困境和难度,提出了省际资源整合过程中构建区域横向沟通协调机制和中央纵向协调机制等缓解策略。
