目的探讨助产士在产前实施健康教育对产妇分娩质量的影响。方法选取2015年1-6月在深圳市宝安区沙井人民医院行产前检查并分娩的产妇84例为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各42例,对照组未接受产前健康教育,观察组由助产士实施产前健康教育,观察两组产妇妊娠状况及新生儿情况。结果观察组剖宫产率、不良妊娠结局发生率分别为23.81%、2.38%,与对照组的42.86%、9.52%比较均明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总产程时间与对照组对比,显著较短,观察组新生儿Apgar评分同对照组比较明显较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产士实施产前健康教育,能有效提高分娩质量,改善孕产妇及新生儿健康状况,值得推广。
Objective To explore the impact of midwifery health education on the quality of maternal delivery. Methods From January to June in 2015, 84 cases of maternal prenatal examination and childbirth in Shajing People’s Hospital of Bao’an District of Shenzhen City were selected as study object, divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 42 cases in each group, but not in control group Prenatal health education, the observation group by the midwife to implement prenatal health education, observe the two groups of pregnant women and newborns. Results The incidence of cesarean section and adverse pregnancy outcome were 23.81% and 2.38% respectively in the observation group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (42.86% and 9.52%, P <0.05). The Apgar score of neonates in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The midwifery practice of prenatal health education can effectively improve the quality of delivery and improve the health status of pregnant women and newborns, which is worth promoting.
