目的研究黄芩(Scutellariae Radix)水煎液的非黄酮类成分。方法采用D101大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、高效液相色谱(HPLC)及制备型高效液相色谱(P-HPLC)等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从黄芩水煎液中分离鉴定了9个非黄酮类成分,其中5个酰胺类化合物:墙草碱(1)、(E)-4-[(2-methylpropyl)amino]-4-oxo-2-butenoic acid(2)、二氢荜茇明宁碱(3)、风藤酰胺(4)、荜茇明宁碱(5);1个环氧环己烯类化合物:巴豆环氧素(6);2个酚酸类化合物:4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛(7)、香草醛(8);1个苯丙素类化合物:阿魏酸甲酯(9)。结论化合物1~6为首次从黄芩属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the non-flavonoid components of Scutellariae Radix decoction. Methods D101 macroporous resin column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, open ODS column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (P-HPLC) And other methods were isolated and purified by physical and chemical properties, spectral data identified its structure. Results Nine non-flavonoid compounds were isolated and identified from the Scutellariae Radix decoction. Five of the amide compounds were pellitorin (1), 2-methylpropyl-amino] -4-oxo- 2-butenoic acid (2), dihydromyricetin (3), rattanamide (4), limonine (5); 1 epoxycyclohexene compound: 2) Phenolic compounds: 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde (7), vanillin (8); 1 phenylpropanoid: methyl ferulate (9) . Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from Scutellaria for the first time.
