1病历摘要女,70岁。主因失眠、乏力1个月被某精神病专科医院诊断为老年性焦虑症,给予口服药物治疗,精神及睡眠好转,但仍觉乏力、气促而就诊,既往无类似的病史。检查:头颈未见异常,呼吸快,28次/min,双肺均为管性呼吸音,心音亢进,HR100次/min。血常规:WBC 3.2×109/L。ESR 22 cm/

Mainly due to insomnia, fatigue 1 month was a psychiatric hospital diagnosis of senile anxiety, given oral medication, mental and sleep improvement, but still feel fatigue, shortness of breath and treatment, no previous history.
