目的 :测评先天盲童的语言智商的特点 ,从而探索先天盲童的第二信号系统形成的影响因素。方法 :采用韦儿童智力量表的语言智商和自行设计的多项认知与感受调查表 ,对盲校 44名先天性全盲孩子进行了评估。结果 :先天盲童语言智商区间分布基于正态分布 ,但个体差异明显 ,与常模相比其相似 (t =2 5 ,P <0 0 5 )、算术 (t =4 0 ,P <0 0 1)明显低于正常儿童 ,而领悟 (t =41,P <0 0 1)则明显高于正常儿童 ,且差异有显著性 ,语言智商与最初受教育年龄相关 (χ2 =13 8,P <0 0 1) ,智商越高对颜色、形状、梦境感受越强烈。结论 :先天盲童的第二信号系统活动受多因素影响。
Objective: To evaluate the characteristics of language IQ of innate blind children and to explore the influencing factors of the formation of the second signal system of innate blind children. Methods: Based on the linguistic IQ of Wechsler Intelligence Scale and a number of self-designed cognitive and affective questionnaires, we evaluated 44 congenital blind children at blind school. Results: The distribution of linguistic IQ interval among children with congenital blindness was based on the normal distribution, but the differences among individuals were significant (p <0.05) 1) was significantly lower than that of normal children, while comprehend (t = 41, P <0.01) was significantly higher than that of normal children, and the difference was significant. Language IQ was related to initial education age (χ2 = 13 8, P < 0 0 1), the higher the IQ is, the stronger the color, shape and dream feel. CONCLUSIONS: The second signaling system activity of innate blind children is influenced by many factors.
