目的:测定豫西丹参及其发酵品中丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、二氢丹参酮以及含量。方法:采用HPLC法对豫西丹参及其发酵品中丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、二氢丹参酮进行了定性定量。结果:发酵后的丹参饮片中丹酚酸B的含量明显下降,丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、二氢丹参酮的含量略有下降。结论:豫西丹参中丹酚酸B及丹参酮ⅡA的含量高出药典规定的数倍,从一个侧面反映出豫西丹参的药用价值。
Objective: To determine the contents of salvianolic acid B, tanshinone Ⅱ A, cryptotanshinone and dihydrotanshinone in Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae and its fermentation products. Methods: The contents of salvianolic acid B, tanshinone Ⅱ A, cryptotanshinone and dihydrotanshinone in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and its fermentation products were determined by HPLC. Results: The content of salvianolic acid B in the Danshen Decoction decreased obviously, and the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A, cryptotanshinone and dihydrotanshinone decreased slightly. Conclusion: The contents of salvianolic acid B and tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia Miltiorrhiza are several times higher than those stipulated in Pharmacopoeia, which reflect the medicinal value of salvia miltiorrhiza in one aspect.
