2007年春,教育部颁布了特殊教育学校义务教育课程设置实验方案,本刊组织专家对其进行了解读,推出了“走进新课程”系列文章,受到广大读者的欢迎。一年来,许多特校都把实施该方案作为重要工作,组织教师认真学习新课程理念,深刻理解特殊教育培养目标,准确把握课程设置原则,结合学校和学生实际,积极开发校本课程,开设选修及活动课程,取得了明显效果。在特教学校义务教育课程设置实验方案颁布一周年之际,本刊特邀部分特教学校的校长与教师交流实施新课程设置实验方案的经验与做法,为继续推进课程改革提供借鉴。本期刊登的是几所聋校实施《聋校义务教育课程设置实验方案》的探索心得。
In the spring of 2007, the Ministry of Education promulgated an experimental program of curriculum compulsory education in special education schools. The magazine organized experts to interpret it and launched a series of articles entitled “Entering New Curriculum”, which are welcomed by readers. In the past year, many special schools took the implementation of the program as an important task. They organized teachers to conscientiously study the concept of a new curriculum, deeply understand the special education and training objectives, accurately grasp the principles of curriculum design, and actively develop school-based curricula and electives Activities courses have achieved remarkable results. At the first anniversary of the experimental program of compulsory education curricula in special education schools, the principals of some special-education schools invited teachers to exchange experiences and practices in implementing experimental programs for setting new curricula, so as to provide reference for continuing to push forward curriculum reform. This issue is published in several deaf schools to implement “Deaf compulsory education curriculum experimental program” exploration experience.
