平滑肌肉瘤在临床上并非罕见,多发生于子宫和胃肠壁,亦可发生在软组织的任何部位.不同年龄均可发病,以中老年好发,男女比例相近.本病发生于上颌窦者甚少,笔者遇到一例,现报告如下.患者女,35岁.因右侧鼻塞,涕中带血一个月来诊.体检:消瘦,贫血貌.左侧面部稍隆起,轻度压痛.右侧鼻腔及鼻咽部均可见暗红色新生物,表面溃烂,有臭味.软回隆起,鼻中隔被推向对侧.副鼻窦片显示左上颌窦内、上、下壁骨质吸收破坏,秦腔内密度增高.鼻腔内活检报告为平滑肌肉瘤.于1987年1月19日在全麻下行左右
