选用白绿9(BL9)、白绿11(BL11)、大鹦哥绿935(BL935)和大鹦哥绿985(BL985)4个不同的绿豆品种,在自然生长条件下栽培,分别在绿豆生长的苗期、开花期和成熟期测定其主要理化特性指标,比较3个生长时期各指标间的变化。初步筛选出抗性较强的品种及表现明显的生理指标和生长时期。结果表明:BL9和BL11表现出较强的抗性。在绿豆生长苗期超氧阴离子产生速率最高,相对外渗电导率花期最高,SOD、POD、MDA、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量在成熟期达到最高。
Four different mung bean cultivars, BL9, BL11, Big999 and BL985, were selected and cultivated under natural conditions.
