Guangzhou Language and Literature Institute was formally established on December 10, 1991 and jointly organized the 2nd National Symposium on Language and Culture with the Chinese Language and Culture Institute and Guangzhou Teachers College in Guangzhou International Science and Technology Conference Center. More than 100 domestic and foreign experts and scholars attended the conference.
