2005年物业行业太不平静了,令人瞠目。因物业收费、物业管理而引发的事件接连不断,物业公司与业主之间,主人与管家的关系甚为紧张,乃至牵动了法律、法警,人们震撼,人们惊叹,直至年末。尽管如此,我们依然应该看到绝大多数的物业企业在前进,在创造着管理服务的业绩,他们在探索中前行。对此,我们认为,全社会都该为之鼓与呼。同时,我们也坚信,2006年的物业行业将更加规范,更加受到人们的关注。
The property industry in 2005 was too quiet and impressive. Due to property charges and property management, a series of incidents occurred one after another. The relationship between the property company and the owner and between the owner and the housekeeper was very tense. It even affected the law, the bailiff, the people being shocked and people marveling until the end of the year. Nevertheless, we still should see the vast majority of property companies are moving forward in creating the performance of management services, they are exploring the forward. In this regard, we believe that the whole society should be encouraged. At the same time, we also firmly believe that the property industry in 2006 will be more standardized and more people’s attention.
