茶薪菇(Agrocybe chuxingu)也称杨树菇、柱状田头菇、柳松菇等,具很高的食用与药用价值.有良好的开发前景,近年来在江西、福建等地已有一定的生产规模.现将茶薪菇生产中遇到的主要问题叙述如下,对有关的原因进行了分析,并提出一些对策.1菌株选育工作滞后 选用抗逆性强、产量高、品质好的菌株是食用菌生产成功的基本保证.目前茶薪菇尚无当家品种,茶薪菇的菌株选育工作还处在起步阶段,为了促进茶薪菇生产的普及推广.有必要开展系统的菌株选育工作,以尽早筛选出优良菌株应用于生产.2 制袋成品率低 目前茶薪菇制袋成品率普遍较低,能达80%的不多,有的农户甚至无产品.原因主要有四点:
