浙江省農業科学研究所嘉興水稻工作組通過1953及1954兩年調查及試驗的結果,都證實晚粳稻兩頭重中間輕的施肥經驗,而且在施用穗肥中採用烤肥可以比耘肥增產。這兩種施肥方法的結果,在主要經濟性狀上烤肥比耘肥每穗粒數多、穗頭長、千粒重大、縮脚穗少。在植株外形上,在抽穗後烤肥比耘肥的劍葉長而寬。劍葉下第一葉兩者相接近。劍葉下第二葉耘肥比烤肥稍長。今年為了明確不同葉位葉片對結實的影響,進一步說明耘烤肥對晚稻之作用,因此進行了本觀察。
