师德建设,是备受社会各界关注的一个问题。本文以高职院校为着眼点,分析目前高职院校师德建设方面存在的问题及成因,并就解决这些问题探讨性地提出了解决对策。
The construction of teacher ethics is a problem that has drawn much attention from all sectors of society. This article focuses on the higher vocational colleges, analyzes the existing problems and causes of the current construction of teachers’ morality in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
