1926年9月在北平(今北京)举行的中国生理学会第一届年会上,决定用英语出版“Chinese Journal of Physiology”(1953年易名为《生理学报》,下简称“学报”)。翌年,由时任会长的林可胜先生为主编的这本杂志正式创刊。在中国生理学会的发展历程中,这是继生理学会成立之后的又一件大事,标志着中国生理学家开始拥有了自己展示研究成果
In September 1926, at the first annual meeting of Chinese Physiological Society held in Peking (now Beijing), it was decided to publish “Chinese Journal of Physiology” in English (renamed “Physiology Journal” in 1953, hereinafter referred to as “Journal of Physiology” "). The following year, the magazine, edited by Mr. Lim Ku-sheng, then president, was officially launched. In the course of the development of Chinese Physiological Society, this is another major event following the founding of the Physiological Society, marking the beginning of Chinese physiologists’ owning of their own research achievements
