该文采用免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法检测２８例肾癌标本的ＰＣＮＡ表达，发现ＰＣＮＡ的表达与肾癌的分级和核分裂密切相关（Ｐ值分别小于０．０１），混合细胞型肾癌ＰＣＮＡ阳性率明显高于透明细胞癌和颗粒细胞癌（Ｐ值分别小于０．０１和０．０５）。提示ＰＣＮＡ可作为反映肾癌增生活性的一个极有实用价值的指标；混合细胞型肾癌可能意味着预后不佳。
The immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of PCNA in 28 cases of renal cell carcinoma and found that the expression of PCNA was closely related to the grade and mitosis of renal cell carcinoma (P values were less than 0.01), PCNA positive in mixed cell renal cell carcinoma The rates were significantly higher for clear cell carcinoma and granulosa cell carcinoma (P values less than 0.01 and 0.05, respectively). Tip PCNA can be used as a reflection of renal cell proliferation activity of a very useful indicator; mixed cell renal cell carcinoma may mean poor prognosis.
